This hotel is located in a peaceful Hutong area, near a picturesque lake. It's just a short walk to go skating on the frozen lake in mid, January. the rooms are very comfortable, with luxurious bedding and towels. the bathroom has L'Occitane amenities and additional high, tech solutions. the staff provides excellent service and is very attentive. There are many nearby shops to explore.
Some guests may find the prices for on, site dining a bit expensive.

Breakfast caters to Chinese tourists with fruit, eggs, and basic pastries. Modern rooms with well-designed layout. Soft and fluffy towels compensate for broken shower. Helpful staff try their best despite limited English. Location may be hard to find for taxis, but surrounding Hutong adds charm. Efficient airport pick-up recommended.

I recently spent my Easter vacation at a hotel in an area with a lot of traditional Chinese architecture. the hotel room was spacious and had luxurious bedding, and the bathroom had L'Occitane toiletries. the hotel was located across the street from a beautiful lake, and there was a small gym with modern equipment that I enjoyed using.
The hotel had a few negative aspects. the staff members were not very attentive, and would often be looking at their phones instead of assisting guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the room was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and had impressive technology, including a Bluetooth speaker and smart TV. the rain shower in the spacious bathroom was a highlight, and the fluffy robes and slippers made me feel pampered. the private facilities were also a highlight with a serene outdoor pool and relaxing spa. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
The only minor issue was the limited dining options at the restaurant, but the food itself was delicious and well-presented. this hotel is a perfect choice for a lavish and comfortable stay with exceptional service.

The hotel's location in the old traditional Hutong area provides a unique experience to explore the local culture and lifestyle. The staff is friendly and helpful, with excellent English-speaking skills. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a good selection of dishes to choose from.
The air conditioning units in the guest rooms are centrally controlled, making it impossible to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. During my stay in winter, the room was overheated, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The modern and well-designed rooms were equipped with good WiFi and had a nice layout. The hotel is located in a traditional neighborhood in the old Hutong area, which made it charming and unique. We loved that there was a park and river nearby where we could go skating, especially since it was frozen in mid-January. The breakfast, although directed at Chinese tourists, offered fruit, eggs, and basic pastries. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Melo and Chris, who made our stay even more enjoyable. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in a traditional neighborhood, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of our stay.
Can't fault the property in any way.
